If your goal is to collect a paycheck without caring about performance or growth, this is the perfect place for you. The bar for accountability is so low that, realistically, you won’t get fired no matter how poorly you perform.
Performance reviews are meaningless and feel like a box-ticking exercise rather than anything constructive.
