      Pros

      Best people & culture ever. Everyone is welcome and feels like a family. They celebrate your birthday, family events, summer events etc. You can learn as many as you can while working, and my manager was the best. He used to say "you can learn from the mistakes, everything is fixable." every time when I make mistakes. This experience made me confident and willing to learn more in this industry. They valued people, diversity and their culture, and respect as you are. The CEOs and all directors, managers, and all staffs were my motivation. Thanks to these amazing people, I realized how much I was lucky.

      Cons

      Salary was too lower than other companies. Quite high volume to handle, but don't expect the raise. No chances for promotion.
