      The work itself is easy and entry-level. Any moderately handy person could do this job.

      Cons

      Professionals ought to stay away. You are not valued. Your sole purpose is to make the company money. Unfocused, out-of-touch upper management expects you to treat this like a career while paying next to nothing. Lots of pointless, metrics-driven zoom meetings.

      -Some genuinely good coworkers who try to do the right thing. -Decent base pay with potential commission if you can stomach the sales culture. -Good place to learn how corporate priorities can completely contradict the company’s advertised mission.

      Cons

      -You are not a repair technician here — you are a salesman who happens to know how to fix things. -There is no extra pay for being skilled at repairs. Commission is based strictly on sales, not on technical ability or the complexity of repairs you handle. -The company has a culture of forced malicious compliance. Employees are expected to attach subscription-based insurance plans to customers’ phone bills. -The environment encourages dishonesty, rewarding those who push unnecessary products instead of those who provide quality service.
