      The non-management team members, free food

      Cons

      The Management team lacks experience and consistently ignore the employees. The company is poorly organized, and prioritizes projects badly. Resources are often wasted developing products customers don't want. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs seemingly out of nowhere, so the company might be in trouble.

      The employees are great and the product is interesting.

      Cons

      CEO expects people to work 70 hour weeks, schedule weekend work and meetings. Any work travel done on personal time. Managers makes promises to people about money or advancement and then change their mind. Managers have no experience in the industry and don’t help their teams get better or learn. A company value is direct feedback, which management uses an excuse to attack people. No reviews, unclear goals for employees. Worst job I’ve ever had
