      - Senior management can be very poor and very inexperienced in managing people and inexperienced in their functions - Lacks transparency/not truthful - Product has challenges that need to be addressed - Global workforce but no global infrastructure to support people; you'll be on call all the time - Very high turnover

      As a recent hire at Uniphore (2 weeks) I can't say enough about the tremendous experience I've enjoyed as a new hire at Uniphore. The HR team has thought of everything to make the "new hire" journey the best I've ever experienced. It's early days but I am already certain that best career decision I've every made is to join the Uniphore team.

      The reviews here are all fake. Most of them have been written by current employees when the HR pushes them. Petty politics. Unethical practices.
