      Generous health benefits for employee and dependents The best corporate campus in Manila (with well-equipped fitness center onsite) Subsidized lunch for all employees (well-stocked executive dining area) Very generous yearend bonus (along with Christmas basket) Spent a lot on corporate events and other employee engagement programs Culture is not too cut-throat
