      Nothing, Honestly, I did not find any meaningful pros during my time here. The environment, culture, and management style overshadow any potential advantages.

      Cons

      My experience at Unifyed has been extremely disappointing. The overall work culture is quite unhealthy, and the management style only makes it worse. The bosses here are unprofessional and create a mentally pressurizing environment. Instead of supporting or guiding employees, they often blame and criticize, which affects both morale and productivity. There is very little respect for work-life balance, and the atmosphere becomes mentally exhausting over time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive, growth-oriented, and respectful workplace.
