People there are friendly and want you to learn. They are pushing you to be better at what you do and let you bring what you have to offer. Management are close to their employees.

No medical insurance. Compulsory overtime. Meager pay for overtime (only $100 for being on-call 12 hours (8 am - 8 pm) during the weekend!!!) The responsibilities are not clear at all. After 3 months, my manager asked me to stay ON-CALL UNTIL 22:00 EVERY DAY !!!!!!! No additional pay!!! Low salary. Upon changing the job, I made $25k more at the new job. Toxic behavior from the customer service director. The guy was never honest with me. Low collaboration among departments.
