      Pros

Company Vehicle, Gas Card, promotions with various different companies

      Cons

Worker appreciation, under minding their best workers and over-loading them with no experience. Only some departments have an incentive to “bonus”. Quotas that have to be met daily while making the most money for the company out of all departments we don’t get bonus’s and or appreciated with “leaving early”, “paid dinner/lunch”

      Pros

Great work/life balance, it's nice to work from home.

      Cons

Pay increase is slow. I believe the rate does go off of a performance review from your supervisor. They will never give perfect scores!

      Pros

Friendly people who have good intentions.

      Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. 2 weeks in the classroom and then only 5 to 7 days in the field with a trainer and 4 other trainees does not prepare the trainees correctly.

      Pros

A lot of autonomy depending on the supervisor and area

      Cons

Does not pay very well for the work that is done. Company will blame you first if a contractor hits a utility even if located correctly and marked correctly.
