One of the companies that help people identify the caliber and help you grow professionally. I have been with the company for over 5 years now and very grateful for the opportunities that I have got. Pay grade or title has no significance and any individual has equal opportunity. The Leadership is more concerned about the efforts and are rewarded for the efforts. The company has an open door policy and the management is very open and accessible to any employee.
