      Great company and people

      Pros

      Experienced team and variety of projects that keeps interest and helps your development. Leadership engages well with staff, pretty transparent, and collaborative. Always feel well supported and empowered in my work. Feels stable and secure with a strong direction.

      Cons

      Some projects are better than others, culture and approach isn’t consistent and shared by all, but that’s the same everywhere.

      Having worked in challenging environments in the past, besides being very nitpicky, there are no cons that I can honestly share

      Great colleagues but lack of progression

      Pros

      Everyone is welcoming and nice to work with. Hybrid working is also a plus. Office is in the city centre so makes for an easy commute.

      Cons

      There isn’t really an emphasis or desire to progress careers and salaries are below industry average.
