The worst experience of my professional career.
Pros
NA. I have never been made to feel more conscious of my age, race and appearance as UD made me feel. Particularly the upper management.
Cons
Toxic environment. Micro management by people who don't know what they are doing. They will abuse your kindness and run you into the ground. Did I mention I ended up having to go to hospital after being pushed some weeks to doing 24 miles in a day, inside the building, whilst doing my job. One week was between 16 - 24 miles everyday for 5 days straight. I put my own kit into the building to compensate for poor choices made before my arrival and even installed 1000s of pounds of software onto their systems so that they could have the best tech available. Completely unappreciated. When I wanted to make a complaint against upper management I was told to go if I didn't like it. I was also told to stop pointing issues to fix by my line manager as the director was taking these things personally. Ridiculous. A really awful company.
