      Pros

      No micro-managing. That is sadly the only pro.

      Cons

      Poor ethics, racist, misogynist. Very male-oriented environment, which is fine because I have worked in an environment where it is mostly males before. However, I cannot begin to describe the horrors I witnessed working here with these people.
