      Pros

      Great opportunity to work alongside some of the best minds in Physics and Engineering towards a beautiful goal.

      Cons

      The company is divided into 4 locations across US and Canada, so depending on where your team is located you might need to travel every few months. Can also be a plus side if you like traveling.

      - The people here are amazing, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. - We have a highly skilled technical team. - Most C-Suite provides strong leadership and clear direction. - Work-life balance is good for some, but it varies by role. - Safety is a top priority, with a strong culture of well-being and compliance.

      Cons

      -Still have poor HR foundation and outdated practices. -Very slow at first, since most people came from academia, national labs, and old-school defense. It's slowly ramping up - now they have people with "new-school" industry and start-up experience in senior management. - Lack of career advancement structure. - Salary for engineers are noticeably lower compared to other fusion companies - retention will be a problem here.

      People are fantastic to work with and the environment is fast paced. Managers are very supportive.

      Don't pay super well compared to other companies, need to hire additional people to distribute workload
