Pros
Twosense has a genuinely interesting product, The people who work there are great, I've rarely gotten flak for taking time off.
Cons
The CEO slows things down and is often a bottleneck for getting things done. He changed the sales strategy and the company stopped closing new business, causing the sales leadership to leave. I was promoted twice and wasn't given a salary increase. For the second promotion my commission was decreased. The CEO prompted people in the company to write the good reviews here, you'll notice almost all the five star reviews were written on the same date.
