management...no management, they walk in circles patting themselves on the back and telling each other how great they are. No one calls you back, basic business practices are ignored. it's corrupt over inflated egos and beaten down employees suffering until they leave

Absolutely terrible management. Terrible, arrogant bosses. Impulsive management. The pay is no where near worth the amount of work and responsibilities that are given. Lack of communication. Sexual harassment at it's finest. Completely a dangerous and unsafe work environment. Workers are belittled during staff meetings and cursed out. Threatened. Long hours, beyond mandatory overtime. Long pointless meetings with Tim Flynn. Lack of cross training, lack of training period. Lack of individuals willing to work. Lack of supplies and materials necessary to work with. Lack of idea acknowledgement. Lack of order. Brown nosing beats work performance. Power tripping management, cruel suspensions. Speculations of conspiracy. Unhappy and stressful environment. Depression triggering work environment. OSHA would be disappointed. Managers word over employee always. Unfair treatment. Mandatory overtime is ridiculous.
