ESOP..it's there and it's good if you can last long enough to collect it and once your fully vested it holds you by the throat until you can escape
Cons
management...no management, they walk in circles patting themselves on the back and telling each other how great they are. No one calls you back, basic business practices are ignored. it's corrupt over inflated egos and beaten down employees suffering until they leave
