Pros

Great people in managment that stand behind their staff. Good starting pay rates and flexible hours. Will promote from within the company.

Cons

Payroll is only done twice per month and is not direct deposited on a certain day so you have to keep checking your account from three days upwards to a week sometimes. They have limited benefits. Pay raises arent usually done for employees instead are given in $25 yearly installments.

The pay is good and depend on the client you get the pay can be excellent.

The supervisor do not listen to you.
