Pros
Great people, UTDOA was interesting technology, good salary and benefits.
Cons
UTDOA, the product that built the company is no longer viable as carriers move to remote radio head technology. This has eroded the majority of the revenue.
Advice to Management
The lack of technical vision and inability to develop and sustain relationship with their key customers has led to lean times for the company. Management should work to reverse these trends.

Pros
I had a very good experience working for TruePosition. I got to meet a lot of very smart people which I thought was pretty cool. The 401K match was very generous and the other perks associated with working for a Liberty Media company were nice benefits.
Cons
EBITDA. That's all they used to talk about during the all-hands meetings. It's not a con per se but the singular focus gets old real fast.
Advice to Management
Put more focus on the technical employees just like you used to when the company was a startup. Provide better incentives for the creation of new revenue streams.

Management very bad or down right inept. major cause for the constant layoffs destroyed the working spirit of the employees.
Advice to Management
Yes clear out most of the management, get rid of the yes men and get people who know how to lead & build a healthy company and work environment.
