Great work environment. Employee centric. Opportunity to have specialized focus.

Cons

There is a lot of red tape for innovators. Pay generally under market for the role. Challenging to promote to Sr. Leadership and generally not worth it when they pay Sr. Leadership same as middle management at other companies.
