Pros

The people in Toronto office are majorly nice except a few. The office space is provided and managed by a Co working space that is great.

Cons

- No real HR (contractual third party) which are basically non existent and are very one sided. - No growth plan/map for an employee - President favours a few and run a culture of favouritism and overlook rude discriminatory behaviour - Everyone is a director and this place has no structure - No processes at all for anything

Low level associates are easy to work with.

Cons

Everything for workflow, managements, senior to mid level communication is a gong show. Everything and everyone is so aloof, functioning in silos like machines. Managers trying to low key intimidate a new joinee subordinate is a highlight of all Cons.
