      Pros

      The people in Toronto office are majorly nice except a few. The office space is provided and managed by a Co working space that is great.

      Cons

      - No real HR (contractual third party) which are basically non existent and are very one sided. - No growth plan/map for an employee - President favours a few and run a culture of favouritism and overlook rude discriminatory behaviour - Everyone is a director and this place has no structure - No processes at all for anything

      Pros

      The people are really smart and they're really good at what they do.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance. Be prepared for long hours that run into the night and weekends in order to meet deadlines. Leadership also makes questionable decisions about the direction the agency is heading.
