Joined the company as a fresher & being a hardcore programmer found the job very satisfying and exceeded my expectations. Worked on complicated projects and gained lot of confidence. Everywhere else they start with PIC and 8051 controllers but was thrilled to start working on technology like Cortex-M3/M4, Color LCD touch panel, Ethernet, Wifi, USB etc.

Cons

Huge expectations for less salary.

Pros

Although its a very small company, it does highly complex & top quality work that not even MNCs would touch. Have learnt more in 1 year than all my experience combined.

Cons

Work pressure. Not getting enough holidays.
