      Pros

      There were great people when I joined few years ago.

      Cons

      All those great people left. The new ELT is one of the worst leadership I have seen so far. They lack vision and taking salaries to execute layoffs.

      Awful Company - Avoid at all Costs

      - Still somewhat remote - for now - Still some great people but many are leaving fast

      Cons

      - Extremely low morale - everyone is miserable and demotivated - Out of touch leadership - New executives are slave drivers - Very low pay and poor benefits - Jobs being outsourced to india They frequently delete negative reviews about the company so it is much much worse than a 3.1 average rating

      What was once thriving company culture was burnt to the ground by the leadership when they hired the ex Amazon CRO and the new CTO Made it really toxic and ruthless
