Will tell everything true as I have worked in HR 1. Leadership of Top key personnel is pathetic 2. Forget about long leaves, they have sandwich policy 3. No employee centric policies 4. Salary you will get it after 15th of every month 5. No stability of Job you can be put on PIP or fired anytime during the year 6. You'll marked on half day absent even if you are 1 min late or left 1 min early. 7. Be ready to be yelled by leadership in office floors 8. No holidays on Eid/ christmas or new year or any non prominent festivals. 9. 90 days of strict notice period which they'll tell post your joining in plant location 10. Very disappointing and irritating onboarding and exit process. I don't want to write more insights but if you are okay to consider all these pls join this company.
