Pros

Lots of cake, fun team building events

Cons

A lot of staying at home not getting paid when there is a lack of work. Some managers allow you to come to work, but don't tell you there is none, not considerate enough to tell you the day before so you sit at your desk not getting paid as hours must be billable to a job. Turnover of employee's is very high. Lack of due diligence.

Pros

An engineering firm that is exposed to many different industries and steps outside of only doing oil and gas projects. Fun team environment that focuses on executing projects for clients well. Great team with great people working in the same direction

Cons

Sometimes their clients can push too hard on project schedule.

Pros

1) Only one senior process engineer is assigned to a project, so the workload and responsibility are very high. You are involved in all aspects of process design, which can be a great learning opportunity. 2) Downtown location 3) Hybrid work

Cons

Job security not good, as layoffs shortly after key process deliverables were stamped and completed. Was not able to see final results of hardwork.
