      - Idea democracy: All ideas were welcome and encouraged for serious actionable use - Autonomy: "It is what you make it" - massive individual growth potential with the value you can add

      Cons

      - Small teams (<10) are not for everyone. Less handholding; more self-initiative needed.

      Pros

      Very open environment- smaller teams allow for room for individual voices. We have weekly opportunity - on an organizational level - to voice insights, strengths, and weaknesses of current operations.

      Cons

      If you don't enjoy small teams / startup structure the culture may not be right for you.. Everyone wears a few hats and is expected to lend a hand for various tasks.
