      Pros

      You get the opportunity to learn about home energy products. Good starting point for growing in the Industry.

      Cons

      Horrible production when it comes to running projects, and very poor communication with staff. Pay is always delayed and never accurate. A job that should take 1-2 months will end up taking over a year.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, proper training and implemented process. Overall enjoyable place to work with. I love that you get a set schedule which makes it easier to plan things on your day off.

      Cons

      Traffic around the area can get heavy depending on where your driving from.
