1wHmmm. Not getting paid on time isn't acceptable, I agree. However, we have been paying our team and partners since 1997 and never once been late on a payroll.
Do you work for one of our external subcontractors? (We sometimes subcontract work out to tactical companies or individuals when our strategic internal team gets overwhelmed.) If you are a contractor who has experienced a delayed payment, that is genuinely not the Treefrog standard, and we want to make it right. Please reach out to our team ASAP (Sarah, our Director of Talent and Culture) and tell us which external organization you work with, and we'll review immediately and ensure this is not their standard, either.
