The management style is very controlling and micro-managing, which creates a stressful work environment. The manager often displayed rude behavior towards employees, which affected morale. Lack of autonomy and trust in employees' abilities.

Working at this company was a rollercoaster of emotions. On one hand, there's an undeniable sense of frustration stemming from the chaotic top management and the woefully inadequate facilities on campus. Yet, amidst the turmoil, there's a glimmer of optimism - a hope for change that keeps one going. Unfortunately, this hope often seems like wishful thinking. It became apparent that most individuals within the company were more inclined to complain rather than actively work towards improvement. Only a handful of dedicated staff members were willing to step up and initiate the changes they desired. The future of this company seems uncertain at best. It's baffling how it manages to stay afloat amidst such disarray. If things don't improve soon, I fear the inevitable fate of closure looms on the horizon. In conclusion, while there are aspects of this company that hint at potential, the overall experience is marred by poor management, lack of resources, and a pervasive sense of apathy. Proceed with caution if considering employment here.
