Pros
Genuine respect between employees, senior members of staff, and founders which creates a warm and welcoming working environment. Surrounded by people who are incredible at their job, creating an exciting, challenging but rewarding environment.
Cons
There are lots of very strong friendships, given the close nature of the company. This can feel quite hard at first, however TreasurySpring put a lot of effort into social activities and letting people form friendships which helps with this. This includes pub trips, meals, activities, and away weekends.
