      - Good pay (when busy) - Most coworkers are great

      - Taken over by corporate Fraserway, good employees left company including me before TH shut down (FW told us it would never shut down)

      My service & parts staff was wonderful, the previous GM was the best, but he retired.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and non-empathetic GM. Lack of experienced guidance. Lack of any sort of formal processes at all.
