Delayed salaries and risk of no payment at all; Passive agressive communication; Broken meritocracy. Incompetent bootlickers can stay years in the company doing close to nothing without being bothered; Ranting culture; Narcisistic CTO; Delayed payments; No job security ( people get fired out of the blue ); No transparency. Even the partners don't seem to know what decisions are being made; Poor decision making;
