Rapidly growing business with mix of industry veterans and entrepreneurs Focus on client satisfaction and delivery. Opportunity to change roles based on interest and capabilities. Flexible work environment where feasible.

Cons

Can feel a bit “breathless” some times given the pace. Clients can often have unmet expectations when expecting greater customization than is possible.

There are some fantastic people at Tractmanager, but it seems that the work experience largely depends on the team and manager you work with.

Cons

Every time there is an acquisition, there are a lot of changes. Some teams seem to be thin and overworked. Might be a good place to try out, but be sure you have a good exit strategy should you not like it.
