      Pros

      Good HR policy, room for growth vertically and horizontally spanning different disciplines. Lots of field work opportunities - hands on learning. You will feel making real impact of your design work when you see it getting constructed. Company culture very open to internationals, and progressive.

      Cons

      Language can be a barrier. It is better to be fluent in Japanese as much as possible to be able to work on latest renewable technologies and travel the world.
