Pros

Core management staff are amazing and team players!

Cons

Corporate does nothing but micromanage. They treat you like you’re a monkey and only care about the financials. It’s nauseating. “Paid holidays” are included in PTO. Makes no sense at all.

Pros

If you are fulltime you receive pto and insurance (if you want it). Most residents are sweethearts.

Cons

They work you like an absolute dog and constantly push boundaries about availability. Management is awful. Although you have pto, good luck trying to use it. All locations are severly understaffed at most times and have a high turnover rate for a reason.
