      Pros

      It is a great place to work! All feedback is considered and discussed. The working environment is very collaborative, and everyone is working toward the same goal of making this software great. I have never felt more valued at a company.

      Pros

      Meaningful work with a great team. The people and leadership genuinely care about each other which creates a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not many! Working remote can be difficult, but everyone is fairly used to it. The software is moving fast so there's a lot to keep up with.

      I would say being "remote" - but the team does such a great job of communication that it's not a factor
