      Pros

      Excellent organization to work for Management sincerely cares for its employees. Pay and benefits were well above the surrounding community.

      Cons

      Contracts usually only last for one year, being a contractor there is no stability; job always has an end date.

      Pros

      It's an employment opportunity if you need a job. You can learn a new skill set. Hours can be flexible, pending management.

      Cons

      Pay scale is low and you are often require to work "out of scope" to complete tasks and projects in addition to the required work responsibilities. Preferential treatment is obvious and often.
