      Nothing, this place is Hell on earth. Stay FAR FAR away.

      Cons

      Everything about it. The environment will kill you. Inferno like temps inside the building in summer, frigid in the winter. During the coldest winter day in WI, company shut off the heat to save money. They will work you like a dog and not care about you at all. The place is run SO poorly, management takes zero accountability for anything people will stab you in the back and then smile right to your face. Union is complete garbage, no one stand up for their union members or advocate for workers right with the company what's so ever. If you are thinking of working here, think again and run in the opposite direction has fast as you can.

      started off great, layers of positive folks or that is what it seemed like

      The positive layer was just that a layer that was peeled back instantly, they wanted on thing but really wanted another. two faced would be the best way to say it.
