      They make nice products. It is a small company. Access to upper management is easy.

      Cons

      Zero Job Security, They will call you and terminate your employment with no warning. No reason needed, just your employment is terminated, your services are no longer required.

      Most employees were very nice. A few were quickly treat you like Family.

      Cons

      High turnover rate in senior leadership. To increase profits during sales growth, staff was reduced in an effort to counter increased sales and cost to deliver goods.
