Pros
- Day Shift - Weekends off - Lots of opportunities to learn as you'll be assigned different tasks - You can talk to the boss directly - Very promising company
Cons
- Overcommitting deadlines at the expense of the employees - could use better equipments, some computers are really crappy - Office politics - Poor benefits - No yearly increase. not if the owner knows you - Flat organization, not so much room for career growth
