1) Financially very dis-satisfying and disappointing - 2 months salary delay a common issue since past 1 year, no visibility of this improving in any near future - Review are always conducted 4 months late - inspite of having such a small team - heavy negligence is the only reason or may be holding the arrears - Performance pay is never given out - at times it was declared and cancelled later on - Management is very negligent about financial issues - they persist throughout the history of the company and still ahead for how long no one knows - Passion is used to as a tool to cover up all financial issues - Loss of practicality in the company philosophy - Salary pay is good only for a handful of employees - for most other employees salary is less than industry standards 2) Deep hazard of getting into comfort zone if one is not conscious about it - the work environment is such 3) Softwares used here might become a problem while switching jobs 4) Too diverse work profiles - Prevents one from expertise - Problem while switching jobs If you join this company please understand you are attempting a financial suicide - most part of the promised money is going to be delayed some part is never going to arrive - the Plain truth. Please get yourself ready to handle a lot of problems arising from low bank balances because It is going to happen
