However, We also hope that you recognize the following: *Timetooth is forced to manage with the longer Cashflow cycles in the Defence and Aerospace segment in India. And those government projects are not under our control... *The management transparently shares the situation with the team and always prioritizes the team salaries appropriately (more than any other expenses) Because of your and your colleagues efforts, the reputation of Timetooth in the industry is extremely respectable from the technical standpoint. Strategic projects we have done together is leading to some major breakthroughs! So if you wish, please consider a more objective re-evaluation of the ratings considering holistically all aspects of a career at Timetooth, so that any new people reviewing the same can get a more rounded impression.
