They have zero room to grow in sales for opportunity. High demand of cold calling with little pay and reward compared to other software companies. Lack of product development-HR piece cannot compete with 90% of competitors. There is no true leadership here, underpaid not worth your time! Go work for paycom, paycor or someone that actually sells a true HRIS system. Horrific benefits. Company is based in Sioux Falls, SD
