Pros

During a time of heavy wireless lay-offs, Tilson is doing a great job moving staff and focus to the EV and wireline side of the business. I see management investing in project management to grow the careers of its staff in order to continually support and thus grow the business.

Cons

New business growth is always hard, so you have to be willing to change, seek new opportunities and be proactive in your own career development.

Pros

There are not any pros to working here anymore.

Cons

When I started at Tilson it was a wonderful company, we went from under 300 employees to over 1000 in just three years and I genuinely believed this was a company I could retire from someday. When the previous leadership team stepped down and promoted the current leadership team that's when things took a very steep dive. I left this company after over 3 years of employment, 5 months pregnant risking any opportunity at maternity leave in a new position because I knew if I didn't leave and find another opportunity I would be jobless in less than 6 months. They have experienced numerous lay offs since I left, and I am so glad I got out when I did. Tilson went from a thriving, positive, collaborative work environment with a wonderful workplace culture to a place you're only secure in if you know someone who knows someone - AKA, the current leadership team and all of his pals. This adventure was a positive one for me because I left when I did. I had a wonderful boss, a wonderful team - and that all changed the second new leadership came into play. My review is strictly a reflection of what Tilson became under new leadership, not what it once was because I don't think any part of the old Tilson exists here anymore. When you have an employee willing to risk the bonding time with their child to escape your company, you know you're doing something really wrong.
