Love the culture here, everyone knows their stuff and are serious about their work. Leadership is inspiring and knows how to move forward in tough times

Cons

Recent downsizing, wasn't easy on the team. Remote pros and cons, I enjoy remote more than others

remote work, flexibility to work, unlimited holidays

Cons

they constantly lay off people, executive team flat out lies and claims no more layoffs for awhile and few months later they let a huge amount of people go again, employees are not valued, some very sneaky people, very dishonest

I met some people that seemed authentic.

Kind of my fault, I enthusiastically bought into the path to success, the team attitude, and I was sorely sorry. Some truly nasty back stabbing people lurk there. Beware it is a startup and nothing is real or long term, I forgot and got burned 🔥 😳 😡
