Pros
1. Good people to work around but Management sucks. 2. Good product with aggressive pricing. 3. They pay good.
Cons
1. No job stability, they can ask people to put down the papers any time if refused they will fire without notice. This can happen within 2 months of joining as well. 2. The product is good but very niche and hard to sell as market is flooded with such players and mostly saturated in Mumbai. 3. Since the product is niche it will take minimum 5 months to sell but the management doesnot have patience for that. 4. They dont pay transportation allowance regularly. 5. Very high sales pressure. 6. Everything is micromanaged by Management.
