The workers make a lovely team, friendly and surportive it’s a massive shame as the company do not value any of them.
Cons
Senior Management are absolutely awful! Aggressive, abusive and arrogant. They make it very clear they are superior to you. You must sit in silence all day and if you speak you’ve had it. You are montitored on CCTV everywhere as no staff are trusted. Management have zero people skills are are extremely unapproachable. There is a real reason this company has a terrible reputation for workers.
