      Truly Spanish spirits and foods, Iberico Jamon, cheeses, olives etc.

      Cons

      Horrible attitude towards their employees by Management. No shift meals, cheap tourists who do not tip, confusing & constantly changing work ethos. If you consider yourself a professional, do NOT work for any TFG program; major regret if you do!

      Employee discount on great food

      Cons

      Organization grew too big too fast. Replaced old management team with lots of upper management people from corporate chain restaurants with lots of new fancy titles who managed the staff badly.
