      Friendly colleague, can work from home after being offered as permanent staff

      Cons

      Not sure about other project, but the one that I am working with is a total mess, their so called agile method is totally like taking an express train, everything just based on lead's assumption for the date to release instead of go through impact studies on the project and decide the appropriate date.

      Pros

      The colleagues are pretty nice and friendly. There are several projects available, and getting into the right ones can provide you with all the opportunities, promotions, and a better rate of increments.

      Cons

      However, it is out of your control which project you are getting into. Getting into the more unfortunate projects, even with similar or more effort put in, doesn’t get you anywhere close, next to no recognition and compensation. At the same time, you are expected to take all the responsibilities pushed upon you, while only getting paid and recognized as a junior. You will also find yourself in tough times a lot as the managers, even when the issues and challenges are highlighted to them, take no action to solve the problems, and will only come out for damage control. This kind of polarizing experience shows how incompetent and detached the management is. With all that said, I would not recommend this job to anyone unless you are prepared to wager your time and effort away.

      good environment if you are lucky to be assigned in the good team, else please think twice. they expect staff to be motivated but not willing to pay much

      Cons

      overwork with little pay. increment is like 10% but its depend on if the management likes you or not. hardwork only plays like 40%, the rest is relationship basis
